Wednesday, May 22nd, 2013: The Sugiura era has come to a close with the firing of the Demon Deacans general manager. Seen as inconsistent and lacking direction by the club's brass, Atsumori Sugiura will be free to seek employment elsewhere, though his tenure at Wake Forest leaves a dark mark on his resume.
Demon Deacans officials haven't begun looking for a replacement as yet, but announced that a search would begin tomorrow.
