Wednesday, September 12th, 2012: After the end of today's game between Whitewater and Columbia, Billy Mills skipped the clubhouse and headed straight for the doctor's office. After he was removed from the game as a precaution after throwing a pitch, the Eagles had their worst fears confirmed when it turned out to be more serious. The starting pitcher will miss at least 5 months with a bone spur in his elbow.
So far this year Mills has compiled a 8-8 record with a 3.83 ERA.
