 | Bad Boy Brawlers Suspended 4 Games Sunday, September 2nd, 2012: It was quite a row yesterday at The Barn. The Warriors Paul Godwin and the Mustangs Bob Perkins backed up their angry words with a few shoves and a few swings. Then both dugouts raced onto the field and got involved in the fracas. When it was over, only Godwin and Perkins were ejected. As expected they were informed by the league office that they would each have to serve 4-game suspensions for their inappropriate actions. This year Godwin has hit at a .194 clip with 13 hits, 3 home runs, 11 RBIs and 4 runs scored. So far in 29 appearances this season, Perkins has recorded 5 wins and sustained 7 losses. He has pitched 113 innings, yielded 101 hits, fanned 71 and has a 4.14 ERA. |   |
