 | Injury Takes Toll, Dave McCabe Out Tuesday, August 28th, 2012: Team doctors diagnosed Dave McCabe with a broken kneecap and told the Chippewa River Chiefs right fielder that he will miss 4-5 months. McCabe was hurt making a defensive play in a game against the New Orleans Jedi Knights. A look at his season totals shows McCabe with 2 home runs, .339 BA, .403 OBP, 18 RBIs and 26 runs scored. |   |
