 | Rowdy Players Suspended by League Monday, July 2nd, 2012: Baseball officials have notified the Stealers and Bums organizations that one of their players has been suspended for "inappropriate and aggressive behavior" in yesterday's Cherry Hill-Palm Beach contest at Tim Raines Stadium. Tony Scott of the Stealers and Mike McBride of the Bums will have to sit out 2 games for their roles in the free-for-all brawl. So far this year Scott is batting .216 with 3 home runs. This year McBride has chalked up a 4.50 ERA with no saves. In 2 relief appearances he has put up a 1-1 won-lost mark and struck out 12 batters in 18 innings. |   |
