 | Buck O'Neil League Names Top Player Monday, August 5th, 2013: Buck O'Neil League pitchers tried and tried all week long to stop Danny Kelly, but to no avail. His eyes would light up when he came to the plate and he hit everything in sight, batting .467 for the week to win the BOL Player of the Week Award. The Baltimore second baseman cracked 7 hits in 15 at-bats, 2 home runs, drove in 5 runs and scored 5 times. So far this season, Kelly has recorded a .302 batting average with 39 hits, 3 home runs, 18 RBIs, 18 runs scored and a .418 OBP. |   |
