 | FFL Player of the Week Awarded Monday, August 27th, 2012: So far in his young career, Arturo Galván has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Ford Frick League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 24-year-old Wichita Wolverines right fielder hit at a torrid .593 clip as he collected 16 hits in 27 at-bats, 3 home runs, 15 RBIs and 6 runs scored. This year Galván is batting .287 with 12 home runs and 49 RBIs. |   |
