 | McKinney Twirls No-Hitter Against Rats Thursday, May 24th, 2012: New York is abuzz in the wake of a masterful no-hitter by Malcolm McKinney against the Rock River Rats. In a dominating 3-0 performance at The Rat Hole, the 26-year-old hurler had 6 strikeouts and no walks. Not one batter managed a hit. The Rock River manager said after the game, "You could tell early on it was going to be a long day for us. He made us look real bad. He was that good. And still going strong at the end of the game." "Yeah, this was a special day for me," said McKinney. "I had my good stuff and good movement... good location, too. Even when I was off and made a mistake, I got away with it today."
