Monday, September 30th, 2013: The regular season has given way to heightened anxiety around the clubhouse as teams with championship aspirations prepare for the final sprint to the finish line. It's time for the great players to step up and earn their fame, for the average players to get a shot at immortality and for rookies to make a name for themselves. Some dread it, some relish it. Everyone who dreams of playing in Double A wants to have a once-in-a-lifetime shot at championship glory. The 2013 Double A League Championship kicks off today with these exciting match-ups:
Jacksonville Hellcats versus Riverside Red Bulls and Sandy Springs Spartans versus Phoenix Lights.
