Friday, August 23rd, 2013: "Sore." That's how Reginald Thompson described his situation to BNN after he got shoulder inflammation throwing a pitch against the Bulldogs. Team officials say they expect Thompson to be out of commission for about 5-6 months.
On the season Thompson has compiled a 1-2 mark with a 5.59 ERA in 6 starts. In pitching 29 innings he has 8 strikeouts and 22 walks while limiting the opposition to a .250 batting average.
