 | Moore Takes ACL's Best Bat Award Thursday, August 1st, 2013: Shannon Moore put together a good July to earn the Alexander Cartwright League Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Jacksonville officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Hellcats right fielder posted a .341 batting average with 7 home runs, 24 RBIs and 16 runs scored. Currently Moore is batting .336 with 78 hits and 9 home runs. He has knocked in 39 runs and scored 45 times. |   |
