 | Great Stroke: Grant Gets 6 Hits Tuesday, May 7th, 2013: At Hellcats Park Rick Grant was the King of Swing today in the 8-6 win over the Hellcats. The Long Island second baseman stepped into the batter's box 6 times against the Jacksonville and delivered 6 hits. It was a sensational game for him. He told the press, "Unbelievable feeling. It felt good. 6 for 6! It does wonders for your batting average, too." Rick Grant singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, hit a two-run double in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 10th. So far this year Grant has no home runs and a .286 batting average. |   |
