 | BCL's #1 Batter Announced Wednesday, August 1st, 2012: Cedric Young put together a good July to earn the Blake Camden League Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Pasadena officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Bumblebees center fielder posted a .451 batting average with 7 home runs, 24 RBIs and 20 runs scored. So far this year Young has hit .332 with 22 home runs, 69 RBIs and 60 runs scored. |   |
