 | Palmeiro Baffles Acapulco Saturday, June 2nd, 2012: Ramiro Palmeiro had an impressive outing today. He hurled the Fort Worth Cats to a 11-0 shutout victory over the Acapulco Banditos, yielding 3 hits with 4 strikeouts and 3 walks. "He threw strikes and he was always around the plate," the Acapulco skipper said. "The ball was doing everything he wanted it to do. We hit some balls hard, but they were all right at the fielders." To this point in the season, Palmeiro shows a 3-2 record, 5 starts, 30.1 innings, 19 strikeouts and a 4.15 ERA. |   |
