 | McCauley Wins BCL Prize, Named Best Hitter in May Friday, June 1st, 2012: Even though he is a newcomer to Triple A, Tommy McCauley put up some good numbers in May and earned the BCL Batter of the Month award. He was one of Detroit's offensive leaders with a .342 average in 28 games. He also racked up 8 home runs, 23 RBIs, and 27 runs scored. McCauley is hitting .316 this season with 14 home runs, 37 RBIs and 44 runs scored. He has 61 hits in 193 at-bats. |   |
