 | League Suspends Leach and Swaffer for Brawl Saturday, May 19th, 2012: "I don't think I did anything wrong. I think my actions were justified." Those were the words of Albuquerque's Will Leach after a game between the Cacti and Cats, which featured a benches-clearing fight. The league did not agree, however, both Leach and the Cats Mark Swaffer will be suspended 3 games because of their actions. This season Leach has hit 2 home runs and posted a .203 batting average. This year Swaffer has collected no saves in 17 relief appearances. He has also compiled a 1-1 won-lost mark with a 4.03 ERA and fanned 19 batters in 22.1 innings. Opponents are hitting him at a .203 clip in 2012. |   |
