 | Davis Gets 5 Hits Tuesday, May 8th, 2012: St. John first baseman Brooks Davis really sparkled with the bat today against the Fireballs. He led the Stingrays to a 11-2 win over Joplin by going 5-for-6. Brooks Davis doubled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th, singled in the 7th, doubled in the 9th and hit a two-run single in the 9th. This season Davis has hit at a .398 clip with 32 RBIs, 8 home runs and 34 runs scored. |   |
