 | Stephens and Berry Suspended 10 Games Monday, August 5th, 2013: If there wasn't a history between Chris Stephens of Astoria and Tim Berry of Minneapolis, then there is one now. The incident between the two sparked a bench-clearing scrum with those two being the center of attention. Now they will miss 10 games as a result of their actions. The league office announced their suspensions today. "We're both really competitive," Stephens said later, "and sometimes things go a little too far because of it." This season Stephens is batting .342 with 17 home runs. He has scored 62 runs and driven in 59. So far this season Berry has compiled a 8-3 record with a 3.57 ERA. |   |
