 | Bad News For Griffith and Cabo San Lucas
Tuesday, December 4th, 2012: The Cabo San Lucas Toreros plan to take it slow with starting pitcher Edward Griffith, knowing that his recovery from a torn triceps would likely include a few bumps in the road. A team spokesman told BNN, "Edward has up days and down days. It's still a process. He was feeling really good and then he had a step back. The doctors say it will be about 8-9 weeks before he can be activated."
Since joining the league, Griffith has compiled an ERA of 4.14 with a career record of 7-10. He has 115 strikeouts in 141.1 innings and has held opponents to a .278 batting average.
