Monday, November 19th, 2012: It won't turn either team into an instant contender or provide a huge franchise shakeup, but the Maple Marauders and San Francisco Earthquakes finalized a trade today. Maple will send 21-year-old minor league first baseman Ernie McCoy to the Earthquakes, while the Marauders will receive 36-year-old starting pitcher Ray Lester. "We think this is a deal that will help out both teams and we're glad to get it done," said the Marauders general manager). The trade is expected to be officially completed later today with the players to join their new ball clubs by the end of the day.
