Tuesday, November 6th, 2012: It wasn't a stroke of good luck that got Seattle's Steve Frend the 2012 Roberto Clemente League Rookie of the Year Award, it was his skill on the field. The gifted right fielder performed well with a .399 batting average, while playing in 138 games and delivering 214 hits in 536 at-bats. His totals also included 45 home runs, 147 RBIs, 178 runs scored, 125 walks and a .511 OPB.
