 | Boston-Las Vegas Fight Results in Suspensions Wednesday, October 17th, 2012: After an intense confrontation, both the Cardinals John Everhart and the Jokers Nick Fox were handed their punishments today. The league commissioner's office issued suspensions for an on-the-field conflict that occurred at a recent Boston-Las Vegas game. Both players will miss 3 games as a result of their actions. "Sometimes we go too far and have to pay the consequences," John Everhart commented later. "Hopefully cooler heads will prevail the next time we play." Everhart is hitting .265 this year with 1 home run, 30 RBIs and 31 runs scored. He has 62 hits in 234 at-bats, 20 walks and a .330 on-base percentage. Everhart has played in 71 games. So far this season Fox has worked 75.1 innings in 70 relief appearances with 1 saves. He has dished out 77 strikeouts and walked 28 with a 3-2 mark and a 2.39 ERA. |   |
