 | Salgado and Torres Fight, Get Suspended Saturday, October 6th, 2012: Yesterday at Sick's Stadium a spat between Salvador Salgado of the Seattle Sasquatch and Martín Torres of the Montreal Bandits ended with the both benches clearing as players rushed to protect their teammates. Today, the incident ended with the league suspending both Salgado and Torres for 5 games for their fight. This year Salgado is hitting .318 with 30 home runs and 141 RBIs to his credit. He has gotten on base at a .399 clip and scored 102 runs. For the season Torres is 4-and-3 with 2 saves and a 3.97 ERA. He has given up 60 hits in 65.2 innings with 57 strikeouts. |   |
