 | June's Pitcher of the Month Goes to Lester Sunday, July 1st, 2012: Ray Lester's been around the league long enough to appreciate the honor he received today. After going 6-0 in June, the 36-year-old San Francisco hurler has been named Thurman Munson League Pitcher of the Month. He fanned 39 in 40.1 innings, logged an ERA of 0.89 and allowed opponents to hit .195 against him. Lester has fashioned a 14-2 mark for the season, 2.05 ERA and thrown 114.1 innings in 17 starts.
