 | Big Bat Pays Off, Ramírez Player of the Week Monday, June 25th, 2012: At the age of 30, Juan Ramírez might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Montgomery left fielder put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .542 batting average. For his efforts Ramírez collected the Roberto Clemente League Player of the Week Award. He racked up 13 hits in 24 at-bats, 3 home runs and 7 RBIs last week in 6 games. Currently Ramírez is batting .318 with 12 home runs and 50 RBIs. |   |
