Monday, April 9th, 2012: San Francisco learned today that they will be without left fielder Tom Klein for 2-3 weeks. Klein was injured making a defensive play and sustained shoulder soreness. He was hurt in the game against the Cabo San Lucas Toreros.
In his stats this season, Klein has posted a batting average of .280 with 7 hits in 25 at-bats, no home runs and 1 RBIs. He has also scored 4 runs, walked 4 times and compiled a .387 OBP.
