 | South Carolina, So Cal Confirm Deal Saturday, November 2nd, 2013: The South Carolina Bombers swapped 34-year-old center fielder Juan Marín for 37-year-old shortstop Ben Kessler and 20-year-old minor league starting pitcher Jeremy Fisher of the Republic after what So Cal officials would only characterize as "difficult" negotiations. Marín has a career .294 batting average and .363 on-base percentage. He has recorded 235 hits with 46 doubles, 6 triples, 25 homers, 94 RBIs and scored 110 runs since coming into the league. His numbers show Kessler is carrying a .276 lifetime batting average with 13 home runs and 87 RBIs. |   |
