 | Dane Moore Out for 3-4 Weeks
Saturday, July 20th, 2013: The Seattle Sasquatch learned that Dane Moore is likely to be out for 3-4 weeks after he injured himself colliding with a player at a base in today's game against the Maple Marauders. A round of tests by the team doctor revealed the injury to be torn ankle ligaments. Upon hearing the diagnosis, the Seattle manager told the press, "As you all know, we can't control injuries -- they are a part of the game. We just have to do the best we can until Dane is back in action."
Presently Moore is batting .326 with 12 home runs and 57 RBIs. He has played in 82 games and scored 69 times.
