 | Morales Swings for the Cycle Friday, July 19th, 2013: The Mile High Mustangs wasted a big day at the plate by third baseman Francisco Morales today in a 8-7 loss to the Ann Arbor Barn Owls. Morales hit for the cycle, stroking 5 hits off the Ann Arbor pitching staff in a losing effort. For the day he had 2 RBI and scored 2 runs. Francisco Morales doubled in the 2nd, tripled in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off Jim Thompson in the 6th, flied out in the 8th, singled in the 11th, grounded out in the 13th and singled in the 14th. So far this year Morales is hitting .225 with 11 home runs. |   |
