 | 5-Hit Blitz by Seattle's Reynolds Saturday, June 22nd, 2013: It was high-5 day at The Brew Stade, at least for Blake Reynolds of the Seattle Sasquatch. He got a lot of high-5's from his teammates for his outstanding hitting against the San Diego Hops. Reynolds smashed 5 hits in 6 at-bats on his record-setting day, leading his club to a 15-4 win. His manager said, "Blake was hitting everything. It really was a special game for him." In the other dugout the opposing manager told BNN beat writers, "He ambushed my boys today. Obviously we didn't have much success against him, but luckily, tomorrow is another day. Hopefully it will be our day to shine." Blake Reynolds singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 5th, singled in the 6th and grounded out in the 8th. To date Reynolds has chalked up a .325 average with 14 home runs, driven in 40 runs and scored 55 times. |   |
