The numbers that San Diego's Miguel Angel Ortíz put up last week were the envy of the league, as Ortíz came away with Roberto Clemente League Player of the Week honors. He belted out 14 hits in 30 at-bats, 3 home runs and 8 RBIs last week as he posted his .467 batting average. This year Ortíz is hitting .364 with 21 home runs and 61 RBIs in 51 games played.
