 | RCL Selects Rookie Star of the Month Wednesday, May 1st, 2013: Youngster Steve Cherry emerged as the latest Roberto Clemente League Rookie of the Month today. The young man from San Diego deserved the honor, batting .355 with 7 home runs and 21 RBI. Is the month of April a harbinger of things to come or just a fluke? We'll find out someday, but for now, we'll just let Cherry enjoy the limelight. |   |
