 | Kelly Goes 5-8 Against Seattle Monday, April 15th, 2013: 5 hits in a game doesn't happen every day. Nottinghamshire's Peter Kelly had a very special day against the Sasquatch when everything came together for him and he did just that -- collected 5 hits in 8 at-bats -- and led the Nottinghamshire Outlaws to a 15-12 win at Trent Bridge. "I'm just out there to try and help the team win," Kelly said after the game, "I had some real good at-bats today. I made good, solid contact and luckily no one caught 'em." Peter Kelly singled in the 1st, hit a two-run single in the 2nd, struck out in the 4th, grounded out in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 7th, singled in the 9th, singled in the 11th, grounded out in the 13th and was hit by a pitch in the 16th. This year Kelly is batting .373 with 2 home runs. He has scored 9 runs and driven in 9. |   |
